Our studio has never distinguished between architecture and industrial design. Designing from abstraction, we achieve solutions in which there is a transfer of ideas from architecture to product design and vice versa, where space and objects complement and enrich each other.
Geometries, patterns, materials and shapes are repeated at different scales, generating a vision of continuity of each and every one of the elements that make up the user experience.
The proposal for Poolins arises precisely from this abstraction, in which a design solution for a ceiling with straight and curved geometries at different levels has been reinterpreted to form the void of the vessel containing the water, as well as the pool’s complements.

Balzar Arquitectos
Founded in 2018, Balzar Arquitectos is a family studio that brings together two generations: José María García Zarco (1957), with more than 30 years in the profession, and architects Txema García Ballester (1984) and Laura Moreno Albuixech (1985).
Their designs seek to stand the test of time through compositions that express themselves in a simple and elegant way. The constant search for beauty is one of the fundamental themes of their work, to value people’s lives and contribute to creating a better world.
Their work has been widely published internationally in the most prestigious specialised media. They have obtained distinctions in different countries such as Germany, China and England, where entities linked to the world of architecture and design have recognised the quality of their projects.
Their vision is honest, familiar and responsible. Each project today is a legacy for tomorrow.
