Located in one of the most exclusive areas of Fuengirola, South Residences is a residential complex that stands out for its curved geometry and avant-garde design. In this unique setting, Poolins has participated in the manufacture and installation of a series of custom-made prefabricated pools that have become a hallmark of the project.
This project consists of 164 homes and has been carried out in collaboration with the construction company Bilba, which has been key in coordinating every technical detail and the installation of the prefabricated pools.

At Poolins, we have designed each pool as a sculptural element.
The curved shape of the prefabricated pool aligns with the architecture of the building, creating visual continuity between the interior and exterior. In addition, the wood-clad surfaces enhance its minimalist and elegant character.
In harmony with the surroundings, the pools are accompanied by carefully selected vegetation, providing freshness, texture, and a direct connection with nature. This landscape integration not only beautifies the complex but also enhances the sensory experience of the outdoor space.

Thanks to Poolins’ industrialized solution, each pool has been manufactured in the workshop and delivered fully equipped. This process has reduced execution times and improved final quality, ensuring a clean and precise installation.
This solution has been key in a project with high technical complexity such as South Residences, where several pools have been installed in load-bearing and cantilevered positions.
